You grant to us a worldwide irrevocable non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use, copy, reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, display and publish all text, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material and other material that you post to the website, in any and all media, together with the right to sub-licence these rights. However, we will not publish your private user generated content.
You warrant that your user generated content (both public and private) and the storage, transmission and publication of that content on the website:
(a) does not infringe any third party\'s intellectual property rights or other rights;
(b) does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
(c) is not defamatory or maliciously false;
(d) is not obscene or pornographic and does not contain child pornography;

You also warrant that the information you provide when submitting classified advertisements and events to our website will be accurate and not misleading, and you undertake to only use the classified advertising service for the purpose of publishing bona fide adverts, and the events feature for the purpose of publicising bona fide events.
We do not undertake to monitor your use of our website or the posting of user generated content by you or any third party on the website.
If you become aware of any user generated content on our website which breaches the terms of this Agreement, please notify us immediately.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms of use, you must not use our website:

(13) MEMBERSHIP
(13.1) Eligibility – You must be over 18 years of age to register as a member of the Service or to use this Website. If you are 16 or 17 years old permission is required from a guardian or parent. By using the Website, you represent, undertake and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions.
(13.2) Membership– You may become a member of the Service free of charge. Free membership will only entitle give you access to limited features available as part of the Service we are currently offering. In order to access all features, you must pay the one off 12 months subscription fee required.
(13.3 ) Subscription and fees – Subscription information and upgrade information is available on each feature’s page. Should you decided to upgrade your account we shall send you an email with information and confirmation of your membership. The subscription fee is subject to change; when changes are made we shall email all members and also post the information on the website.
(13.4) Member ID and password – As part of the member registration process, you will be required to select a member ID (username) and password. We will delete your profile if your username for any reason, is vulgar, offensive, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trade mark or other intellectual property law. If you breach our terms and conditions we shall delete your profile and we will not refund the off 12 month’s membership fee you paid. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Username and password (including all activities conducted under your Username (Member ID and password) and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Website to any third party.
(13.5) Payment – Once you pay for our yearly service, there is no refund.
